Not something I run into nowadays, and much less so than I remember from years ago... But, Brad Rietveld, owner of Great Lakes Flatwork has it...in spades.
We contracted with Brad at GLF to do our driveway a couple years ago. While it looked perfect initially, it developed some problems we were not happy with. Even though it was not his responsibility or his fault, Brad stood behind his craftsmanship and worked with us to take care of the problem. I am convinced the vast majority of concrete contractors would just say, "Tough luck." Not Brad.
I can't say enough about this man or his company. When we elected to replace the rest of our long asphalt driveway with concrete, I didn't bother getting estimates from others. Our entire driveway looks perfect and has certainly added value to our home. I will never work with another contractor as long as Great Lakes Flatwork remains available. Simply amazing!
